Article 1 / Duration of the stay
The client who reserves an accommodation with the owner, for a determined period of time, will not be able under any circumstances to take advantage of any right to stay in the premises.
Article 2 / Reservation formalities
Upon receipt of the reservation made by the client on the owner's website: lacourdelise.fr, the client will receive a confirmation e-mail.
The owner invites the client to verify the elements of this reservation:
- his contact details, especially his email address and cell phone number, so that he can be reached before and during the reservation.
- its comments and, if this reservation is a gift, the complete coordinates of the recipients so that the owner can establish a gift voucher if desired.
- the reserved room - the number of persons - the arrival date - the departure date - the number of nights.
- the total price of the reservation, the amount indicated being inclusive of tax
If the booking meets expectations, we invite the customer to pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the service booked within 15 days.
Once this deposit has been received, the reservation becomes firm.
By paying the deposit, the customer confirms full acceptance of the terms and conditions specified below.
If the deposit is not paid within the specified period, the reservation will not be confirmed. Consequently, at the end of the 15-day period, the owner reserves the right to re-let the room(s).
Article 3 / Room prices
The rates shown are per room, per night, breakfast included, plus tourist tax.
The rates are differentiated according to whether the room is occupied by one or two people.
The rates do not include any additional services.
Article 4 / Cancellation of the stay by the customer
Any modification of the reservation, of date, of room, is possible only after the agreement of the owner and can possibly involve additional expenses, and will be done according to the availabilities at the date of the modification.
The client is informed of the special conditions in case of cancellation of the reservation before the beginning of the stay:
- If you cancel before 20:00, 14 day(s) before arrival, you will be charged 30% of the reservation; 14 day(s) or less before arrival, you will be charged 100% of the reservation.
- In case of early departure during the stay the totality of the reserved service will be due.
Article 5 / Non-presentation
In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be due.
Article 6 / Cancellation insurance
The owner draws the attention of the client to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in his rates. It is therefore strongly recommended to take out such insurance.
Article 7 / Cancellation of the stay by the owner
If, before the beginning of the stay, the owner has to cancel the reservation, he will immediately inform the client by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
The customer will then be immediately and fully reimbursed for all sums paid.
Article 8 / Arrival time
The customer must arrive on the day specified in the reservation, at the earliest at 4:30 pm (time of availability of rooms and delivery of keys)
From 6pm onwards, we are in the kitchen preparing the evening menu for our guests, so it is best to arrive before 6pm. However, if this is not possible, please let us know.
Article 9 / Breakfast
Breakfast time is set between 8:30 and 10:00 am... we adapt if needed.
Article 10 / Departure time
The departure time from the rooms is 11:00 am at the latest.
Article 11 / Payment of the balance of the accommodation
The balance of the stay is to be paid before the departure, at the initiative of the customer.
An invoice is given to the customer at his departure with the details of the service, the amount of the accommodation, the amount of the possible additional services, the amount of the tourist tax, the amount of the applied VAT.
Article 12 / Change of rooms
It is possible that the owner, for reasons of service or security, has to change the room initially booked by the client. In this case the change will always be made to a room of the same capacity and with the same level of service.
In this case, the cost of the reservation will be adjusted.
Article 13 / Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Article 14 / Art of living and use of the premises
In order to preserve the quietness of the place and the comfort of the guests, the respect of a certain "art of living" is required from all, the one that is imposed as soon as one lives in community. La Cour de Lise is a guest house and not a hotel
In particular, it is requested not to smoke inside the rooms and common areas and, as far as possible, to stay away from open doors and windows so as not to inconvenience the occupants.
The circulation in the rooms and in the stairwells must be done without shoes. Slippers are available on the ground floor for this purpose.
The customer agrees to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to systematically declare - and to assume financially - any damage for which he/she would be responsible.
The rooms having been decorated and arranged with passion by the owner, it is asked to respect the objects placed at disposal. Any undeclared disappearance of an object will be invoiced to the client at its replacement value.
The attention of the customers is drawn on the fact that the minors evolving on the property are placed under the single and whole responsibility of their parents or the persons having authority on them especially in the external spaces and the swimming pool.
The SPA area works by reservation. Unaccompanied children are not allowed.
Article 15 / Modification of the conditions of sale
The present conditions of sale can be modified at any time and without notice. The acceptance and the respect of these conditions of sale are considered acquired as soon as the deposit is paid.
Article 16 / Data Protection Act
In accordance with the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, the files and freedoms, the customer profits from a right of access and of correction to the data relating to it. The owner commits himself not to transmit in any case the information that the customer communicated to him to other companies or organizations for advertising purposes.
